Terns: Some friends commissioned me to make art as part of their celebration of their 35th anniversary and their recommitment ceremony. I wound up making a bit of a painted quilt: 9 3”x3” watercolors with one wider item, all mounted onto an even heavier piece of watercolor paper. Some of the bits were easy to think of, some easy to draw and paint, some…not so much! Some bits I’m not super pleased with (of course) and some I’m proud of and some of those are the same pieces! *laugh* Anyway, this is one of them. It’s likely to appear on your screen much larger than the originals, which is a handy way to notice what I want to improve on for next time….
