I did this for a competition to recreate a movie poster over on Deviantart. However this isn’t the one I submitted. I still love how this turned out however.

You can also use of course the body texture to place tattoos on. The only problem is that there is only one texture file which is be shared by humans, elves and half-elves. .. at least I couldn’t find one only for elves etc.

So, if the shared texture doesn’t bother you, you have to edit this texture file: HUM_F_NKD_Body_A_HMVY.dds

File export format is the same as for the face tattoo.
