❛ or maybe you keep yawning... ❜ there wasn’t a doubt in her mind that @storyofwhoiam​ was correct in her comment; however, she wasn’t about to admit it. this week without cafpows has been the hardest week of her life, but unfortunately for her, the only way that they’ll still remain effective is if she does there purge weeks every once in a while. heaven help her, especially as she stifles yet another yawn while trying to maintain eye contact with ziva. shoulders drop when she realizes she can’t fool her friend, not after that weak attempt at hiding her yawn. ❛ you know, you’re not always right, ❜ yet another lie but at the moment, her pride was a little bruised, so she just pouts and turns back towards the computer as fingers dance across the keyboard in search of answers for the case they were currently working on.

He can see he’s answering everything to their liking, of course that came with being honest. At least in his mind anyway because Duncan was giving every answer from his heart. He shifts a bit in his chair, all the while a smile remaining on his lips a she starts to nod. “I’ll have a single droppin’ soon, there’s yer first scoop.” He grins as he motions to the interviewer before giving a wink. “Though I’m curious who this little source is.” His brow furrows a bit not out of being upset but because of curiosity. However, the look changes back to a his normal smile as he starts to nod. Though their path wasn’t an easy one and he wasn’t about to air all of that out into the open, not here and especially not without talking to Val first. As for advice, he wasn’t entirely sure how he was the go to for that so he turns to look at Val who on cue starts to answer. “I couldn’t have said it better me-self.” He says softly, all while looking at her in the process. Dark eyes looking her over with all the love he could give. “She’s better at the advice thing than me. I just sing and write the songs, that’s it.” He nervously chuckles. “If that helps other people then I’m all for it. Suppose that’s how I give my advice.”
