Attempt to do one task for 5 minutes.
Do not force yourself to continue.
Make a cup of tea or coffee.
Non caffeinated herbal tea if you are feeling anxious.
Coffee if you’re used to it!
Take a nap with warm blankets
maybe you need a full break from your work.
Watch your favorite movie but do not allow yourself to continuously stare at the screen for hours on end.
Surprisingly this act of focus can help you to later be motivated to focus on a task later!
Read one chapter of your favorite book.
Take a shower in dim lighting (but stay safe)
If do not have options for dim lighting, try leaving your phone flashlight on near your shower, but again do not do this if you are setting yourself up to slip (or your phone for that matter!)
Aromatherapy, grab some essential oils and just smell them, see how it makes you feel.
