I think it’s significant that Alastor pays for his drink right away instead of starting a tab (like most people do at bars).

Even during the radio host audition scene he already looks about the same age he died at (33 I think?).

It’s so funny to think Alastor became a huge radio personality in like 3 years, while Vox spent 20+ years clawing his way up and killing like 10 coworkers just to get as successful.
