With that said, I continue to be loyal to the Eye and its cause. And I know it might look like it, but I am not friends with Oracle. We merely tolerate each other. Those are not the same. I am aware that I could abdicate from Oracle's Genesis, but why put in the hard work of creating an entire universe when I could keep training Lanver within Genesis? Not to discourage you, of course, Leviathan Prophet. I am in awe of your work. But for my purposes, Genesis is fine for me. I suppose we will have to agree to disagree on that.

And I sincerely regret messing with your beautifully crafted simulation, Leviathan Prophet. I hope the virus I gifted Levi was enough to make up for it. It's the last gift I received from the Eye in...a while. I will let you know if I get something better.

And as for Mentuer Prophet. I am in awe of your efforts to keep the Eye alive and strong.

the thing with Leviathan!Prophet is that he's suuuper entrenched into serving the Eye and arguably more egotistical than he's ever been in the past because they are #compensating. They've taken back to back hits of getting abused by NSR, then abandoned for decades, then LOSING to Oracle - he's at his lowest, really. And this whole project is in a way one big attempt to prove himself, which is in part why he's so passionate about it.

If he can just do everything right, then he will return to being the great Prophet he knows he should be, and part of that is acting superior as well. I mean, he does genuinely believe that - yes, while also at the same time hating himself for everything that's gone wrong because in his mind he "let it happen". You can see that in them being so willing to chew out other worlds' Prophets for not reacting to things in the exact same way he has.
