Mental Abuse Exists

Hey guys sorry I've been out but I'm back and going to try and catch up and stay this time! ♥️ Bare with me though because I'm dealing with my normal depression stacked on antepartum depression and seasonal depression. Also tell me more of the things youd like to see on the blog besides the "time i realized" and my normal posts! I want to get interactive with you guys and make this safe place active again. I want to have somewhere others who are going through can vent and get things off their chest and use this as a healthy way to cope, like I have done! So most of my family knew what was going on yet no one helped beacuse they were scared of my dad (too).

i feel like i was better when i was abused. i didnt have the freedom to kill myself then. now i can just do it.

i fucking hate it. ive been taught to ignore my feelings and that they dont matter and now that im alone theyre all i have. i cant supress them anymore.
