I think its really funny when tadc fans try to act like its some existential horror thing that is superdy duperty scary and get all big kids club about it.

Hun. I watched dont hug me im scared when i was ten my cousin watched happy tree friends when he was 9, trust me when i say even the scariest scenes in tadc arent half as horrifying as you think they are. Even in episode eight with the big scary shots.
Its a character drama. Where the funny cartoon guys do cartoon things. It was made for preteens they just superimposed ""trauma"" onto characters to make it more adult oriented. Its the same way that vivziepop shows are just kids cartoons with blood slavery for some reason hell swear words and sex jokes.
Also just i think kids will be bored preteens have better things to watch i think. Gravity falls hits that demographic tadc is really for without superimposing adult themes and sad music and slow shots to make it seem darker. And if you like it. Guess what it doesnt make you stupid or bad thats FINE sometimes kids media is a good way to explore dark themes, even if theyre not subtle about it. The hunchback of notredame is a kids movie and its GREAT. I just think people shouldnt act like tadc is some beyond the bar for kids under ten to watch
Also your average matpat fnaf video back from like 2014 to 2017 was at least 1.2 times scarier than the whole series. Mostly because its not aiming at horror

The amazing thing about this premise would be if hanahaki disease wasn’t infact common in the Au,
Scratch just thought it was a great idea to add into Caines programming.
So absolutely nobody has any idea why Caine is violently puking up flowers.
(Except maybe gangle… but still, everyone would just assume gangles theory is the work of an obsessed nerd)
And so it would be brushed off as Caine just being weird.
If Pomni is freezing (mainly after a snow themed adventure), she'll cuddle up to Ragatha for warmth.
I imagine Ragatha can heat herself up like a hot water bottle if needs be, which is a huge plus for Pomni, as she can not only cuddle up to the ragdoll, but also keep warm and feel safe.

the stupidest tadc take I’ve ever heard is that pomni doesn’t do anything for the plot bc she’s boring. DO YOU KNOW THAT IS HER POINT😨. pomni is”boring” because she’s a realistic emotionally regulated adult who doesn’t make a big fat shtink when something doesn’t go her way. She is the straight manner she is the only who came in mentally stable and retained a big chunk of that stability. in a group of mentally ill people you need at least one guy who’s emotionally mature enough to work through their trauma healthily
Honestly pomni being “boring” is incredibly refreshing to me.
Because she is traumatised,
But it’s a shorter span of time, unlike the others she hasn’t lived in the circus for years or lost people she’s formed bonds with yet.
Her trauma responses are subtle because their still developing.
If you pay close attention to her mannerisms and dialogue through the episodes you realise she Develops subtle trauma responses
Becoming cynical or depressed.
Short Bursts of mania.
Fidgeting.
Staring off into space.
Gripping onto the idea of freedom… and/or making peace with where she is.
Holding onto hope.
