gnosia-ing up to 80 ish loops!!! and i guess i have to start giving a spoiler warning now
dude this was an Eventful session like literally
early on i got the sha-ming grovelling event π
[Image description: Screenshot from the game Gnosia. Sha-Ming is shown bowed on the ground grovelling, yelling out, "I'm sorry!!!" End description]
insane to me that that requires level 35 stealth and isn't surefire to stop you from getting cold sleep anyway like dksjfjsh... idk to me it's like, there are a lot of skills that i feel like wouldn't suit me... like idk how i'd properly use them. some skills gw naksir bgt i REALLY want retaliate but stuff like definite human/enemy and say i'm human? not really my style . but idk maybe i'll learn how to use them eventually
NEXT loop (skipping loops where i got sent to cold sleep and whatnot) was the comet gnosia event π₯Ίπ₯Ί idk i just found this one really cutieful all around comet's really likeable
[Image description: Two screenshots of a loop where Comet is Gnosia. The first shows her Gnosia form during warp, with her talking about becoming captain and letting the player be her henchman. The second screenshot is at the end of the loop, with Comet asking the player why they didn't ever vote her out. End description]
her gnosia design is GREAT i really didn't know this was a thing :0 and she did really well this loop!! to me it was obvious that she defended all the other gnosia but hey no one ever voted her out so good on that comet :-)
ok and when i mean eventful it really was eventful the next loop i loaded up was the one with yuriko's challenge!!
[Image description: Screenshot of a loop where Yuriko is Gnosia. She tells Setsu and the player, "If the two of you are able to destroy me... Then I shall give you the answers you seek." End description]
did take me like one or two loops to actually get it right but we got there eventually π also funnily i let setsu take over the answer to "what do the gnosia want" and like dang i didn't know that from their perspective they're trying to save humanity . food for thought and anyway yuriko definitely had more to say so we're gonna be looking for another one of her events soon
also while i was doing the yuriko challenge i failed one because setsu got voted out but i DID get that one gina event . you know..... :')
[Image description: Screenshot showing Gina speaking over comms, with the background being a CG of her outside the ship. She says, "This area... Magnetic field-based anomalies occur often here." End description]
i liked the game's presentation of this . complete and utter silence because of course in space no one can hear you scream
and like in another loop where i won with gina as crew, she hoped that the gnosia can become human again... like idk it's really the anime characterisation still affecting me but dang bro. dang . when i'm playing discussions i really don't think about that but during events... man... gina... :-(
ok . and of course my highlighted event of this whole session . is the setsu movie hangout.....
BRO i didn't think that the "let's play" option at the beginning of the loop with us both as gnosia could lead to this π₯Ήπ₯Ή i really just pressed that for shits and giggles and BOOM.... setsu event apparently unlocked....
[Image description: Screenshot of a loop where Setsu is Gnosia. The CG shows Setsu being dragged around the ship while holding the player's hand. Setsu is concerned that they're both about to miss the meeting. End description]
ohhh setsu oh setsu.... like they're really always depressed looking and serious so like wow this time they're happy for once, at peace and relaxed and all. i liked that even if shigemichi was awkwardly third wheeling us he had the heart to save the meeting's conclusion until the end of the movie hah... and like neither setsu nor the player minded being sent to cold sleep... bro... i see it... the soul bond we have with setsu... fuckkkkk
also "you hold setsu's hand with your right hand and shigemichi's with your left" was funny as fuck ππ bro thinks he's part of our unshakable bond even over hundreds and hundreds of loops of allying and betraying (<- wrong game) each other
