crossposting this from my twitter yesterday, but seeing sandrones skirt slowly crawl up her legs over the past 4 years reminds me of a post i saw forever ago, where they said concept designers should try to exaggerate "unwanted" features in a design because higher ups will slowly get rid of them with each draft. and isnt she just a perfect example hahaha
i will still be pulling since i've waited this long for her but i also will be trying to redownload/fix my modding programs so i dont have to look at this sorry mockery of a design for more than .5 seconds in game
(6.6/luna vii spoilers) (im not well versed on dottore so i could very well be wrong in my next statement) but ive been thinking about how his original self died a lot. super interesting how he lived only doing what was best for himself, the "i," but when he needed help he somehow believed "i" would help a different "me," even tho "i" only worked in "i's" own favor. like yea your other segments likely wouldnt help you, someone so selfish in his desires wouldnt do something with no personal gain, even if it was for another "me" (and they certainly got more gain out of him dying than living re: the dissection scene. lol)

“I’m disappointed.” Rafayel sighed. You sit down on the floor next to him. He rattled a baby toy to your four month old son, who was laying on his play mat.
“I wanted him to be a mini you but he looks nothing like you.” Your son look at you both with the same purple pink eyes as his father. The full head of purple hair he was born with was starting to curl in waves just like Rafayel.
“I think he has my nose?”
“Maybe you weren’t trying hard enough when we were making him cutie.”
“Maybe your Lumerian genes were too strong.” You flick his forehead causing him to wince. Your son burst into laughter. You both look at him in awe. This was the first time you heard him laugh.
“Do you find it funny when your daddy is in pain.” You pinch one of Rafayel’s cheeks and your son laughs even more.
“Ow! I’m being bullied by my own wife and kid.” He rubs his cheek to soothe it from your pinch. “But I’m not disappointed anymore. He got one of my favorite things about you.” He leaned down to kiss his son’s forehead. “Your laugh.”
