My goodness Dan and Phil are both so lucky. Like Dan got an adorkable and loving guy who absolutely glows. And Phil got a philosophical and endearing guy who looks like an actual teddy bear. And they fit together like puzzle pieces. Romantic relationship aside, just their bond in general is extraordinary and they were definitely destined to meet. No matter how much Dan doubts destiny.

Okay, that video was so soft and it was just what I needed. It feels like it’s been ages since we’ve seen the boys and even if Dan was off-camera it was just so lovely to hear his voice. Phil was practically smiling the whole video and his eyes crinkled in such a lovely way whenever he giggled and looked over to pyjamas-clad Dan. Their easy banter back and forth have not changed one bit and it reminded me of the hiatus-doomed gaming channel. Just the two of them being dorks together and creating something that was enjoyable to watch. I legitimately had to pause a couple of times to just laugh along with them. I didn’t know I needed this content until I was given it. I’m also insanely excited that Phil will be doing live shows again and I can only hope that Dan will follow in his footsteps too. Those two boys have been the source of so many happy memories and their videos have this incredibly ability to just make me tune in and forget about how stressful and challenging life can be at time. I’m beyond happy that they are taking time to work on being more balanced individuals and that they are working on projects outside of YouTube but man, I’ve just missed them. This video to me felt oddly nostalgic and I was enraptured the entire time. I don’t have a point with this post. I just wanted to gush about our boys being giggly, looking/sounding happy and providing me with smiles and laughs.
