I went into a minimalism journey some time last year. I dont remember how it started, and when. All i remember is reading and watching videos about minimalism, self worth, how to live a happy life. I came across a phrase that i never really paid much attention too. In a conversation with a friend yesterday i realized as i said “ Its ok i dont really need the hours because i dont Really need much so loosing a few hours from work will be ok.” And in that moment i realized that by having less i could have more time for my self, for anything that i want to do. By not wanting to buy things that clutter my house since all i have really left are the things i need, use and want. I save money and gain more time.
