the stupid college HR training had an hour on hazing & it made me really meditate on just how fuckin' miserable and pointless my apprenticeship was, and now years later i'm still flinching about shit like "oh but only real tattoo artists get to build coils and i am but a worm." i'M LITERALLY FINE AND NORMAL. THEY WERE BULLIES. WHAT THE FUCK. AHHHHHHHHH

i've been agonizing about building a coil for literally years, "ohhh but i'm not a real tattoo artist, i'm gonna do it wrong, can i really spare the money" A, i'm a real goddamn tattoo artist, i have been for four years now what the fuck, B, it's a business expense and thus tax free, C, WHAT THE FUCK, WHY DO I FEEL SO GUILTY ABOUT STUFF LIKE THIS. I CAN BUILD A COIL. IT'S FINE. AAAAAHHHHHHH

grad school (grad school, not undergrad) (for graduates) (presumably you've gone thru undergrad if you're in grad school) (i'm 30) is making me do the 8hr "you're 18, don't drink too much alcohol, have you ever heard of consent" video training, which has the incredible distinction of both being very triggering and very, very boring

this summer has been 100 years long. it's been really good and really bad, AND there's another month of it, and then school starts. deep sigh. deeeeeeep fuckin sigh

i frequently feel guilty for existing, but god damn it, my seed/leech ratio is 1. that's some ambient good i'm doing on this stupid earth
