Day 26-
191.2- not surprising to see a jump with how much food I ate and the sweets yesterday.
Having fun and learning a new skill is more important anyways, plus the christmas gifts we will be able to give out!
Staying strong with the left over breakfast. And honestly I am not sick of it yet. But I am running out of vegetables and it was too hot to go to the Farmers market yesterday so I am basically going to have to improvise this week with out the level of veggies my son and I like to eat each day :/
I have to be honest- calorie counting is harder then a food restriction based diet. Like I ate til I was stuffed on Whole30 and lost weight faster. There is so many tiny bites of things that dont get measured properly, eating sweets or what ever that reflect negatively on the scale. I would love to do a Eat to Live diet BUT I really do not have the money for my family to eat that much produce. I definitely need to rely on pantry/freezer so forth foods. It is a shame my son isnt a fan of salads either.
