One day you’ll find yourself being served a bad meal. You’re allowed to send it back, but be nice about it. Your waiter didn’t make the meal, but he or she can remove it from your bill and comp your drink.

One day you’ll find yourself planning a group outing. Be a mensch and plan around the slimmest wallet of the group, not the fattest.

One day you’ll find yourself falling out of love. If so, your objective should be making the breakup easy on her, not yourself. And contrary to common belief, this does not mean making bullshit excuses so that you can both continue thinking you’re a nice guy.
