Very happy and excited as I’m getting closer to my gw. This is my routine that no one asked for 😭, my hope being that it can help any other angels trying to reach their goal. Remember, a goal without a plan is just a wish.— ᨳଓ
7:00am-12:30pm -⭐️ (Some morning stretches on occasions)
12:30pm-1:00pm- 100-200 cal meal. I usually go with a banana or sliced apples with organic peanut butter and for the drink it’s usually water or a small mocha frappe from Starbucks if I’m craving something with sugar
1:00pm-6:00pm-⭐️ & water
6:00pm-7:30pm- Gym
-10-15 minutes on a stair master
-40 minutes on a treadmill
-30 minutes on a exercise bike
Or if you don’t have a gym membership, there are so many good at home workouts on TikTok
7:30pm-11:00pm: -⭐️ and at home workouts, followed by my night routine and bed.
Drink lots of water throughout the day and keep going!

I’m so happy right now, seeing the numbers drop makes it all worth it! I’ve been having to sneak into my brothers to use his scale lol
If I keep this up I’ll reach my goal in the next couple of weeks! Never give up angels!<3
I’m so scared to even try to step on the scale. I ate way too much and I’m running to my local gym to lose all of this asap
Also finally bought a weight scale after my mom destroyed my last one.
Fasting and exercise will do the magic 🪽🪄
