My Name is Derek Hale page 36 - in which the bat makes an appearance (:< Gave it a lot of battle scars bc i like to think he goes through a couple a year (even if it's just because it gets grabbed and broken by Monster of the Week) so he stops getting expensive metal ones and opts for wooden ones instead 😌

It's also just a super enjoyable watch; very fun and whimsy but also gory murder-y and with surprisingly good lessons on being mindful of your own mental health when life gets stressful ie murder happens. Also there's a subplot about how difficult kindergarten placements are.
