Miss Alexis walked across the stage last night with highest honors to receive her well-earned high school diploma, and the weather played nice for all of us to witness the event. She has worked ceaselessly the last four years to earn all of the awards and recognitions she’s gotten, enjoyed a successful sideline cheer and competition cheer career, and still taken part in some of the fun that comes along with being in high school. She’s kept her compassion and love for others in tact through it all, too. My heart overflows with pride for my girl and all of the passion she puts into life. I am in awe as I watch her continue to grow and journey down the path she is blazing.
