Those Fireflies

Hi!! I absolutely love your art, you are easily my favorite artist on Tumblr, and I want very very badly to get a commission. But for some reason I'm extremely shy, and I don't know how commissions work exactly.. I also don't know how much commissions cost or if it's sort of a "talk it over, name the price" kind of thing. Would you mind sort of explaining everything you need from me from the first email? Or maybe you'd rather I ask another way? That would help us both a lot!
