It's been a while and I just want to thank you all for sticking around after all these years. Real talk: a lot has happened since my last post. I have a daughter now! She is the biggest joy of my life! She's also helped me feel like a normal person again. I've had my share of burnout in the creative industry which has jaded me, chronic depression and doubt throughout my 20s which has allowed me to fall short of my goals. In short, I just don't enjoy posting online anymore... and when I stopped posting, I started to enjoy drawing again, like, a lot. And I guess that means I have things to post again, lol.

The almost impossible goals I've set for myself can simply go take a hike now that I'm a mum. I'm not giving up, I'm just reorganising my priorities and it feels great and guilt free. All I want to do is inspire my kid and help her learn. And then I remember, that's why I wanted to be an animator in the first place - it's fun for the kid in me, and now for my own. I've been so caught up in the end product of everything I've forgotten how to have fun. And now I remember 🙂

Long overdue, but here's a couple of my favourite shots I animated for Koala Man back in 2022! I really enjoyed working on this one.
