Before, he only had me, so he made me his whole world, but I broke his whole world down. Why are you telling me this? Yotha's world has been created and broken down so many times. Los rascacielos han tendido siempre a la simplicidad geométrica, la forma unitaria, limpia y esbelta que destaca en la ciudad. Pero llega un momento en que la ciudad se llena de estos edificios, todos compitiendo en altura, esbeltez, elegancia, simplicidad, ocultando los programas interiores tras muros cortina inmaculados. La propuesta para este edificio va por el lado contrario, extruyendo el programa a través del cierre para que se note desde fuera, con lo que la frialdad del edificio-objeto queda de lado, y empieza a proyectar hacia la ciudad el funcionamiento de sus distintivos recintos, circulaciones y alturas interiores. La riqueza de fachada que logra de esta manera es enorme, y toda una novedad en cuanto al apilamiento de programas diversos en una torre de carácter educacional.
