As you may have noticed, our Kickstarter campaign was not successful.

It's been one heck of a ride and I'd just like to thank each and every one of you that believed in us.

I will be taking this as a chance to take a break from game development for a while but rest assured that this isn't the end of Metanormal. Somehow in someway, it'll live on.

The demo will stay up on both Steam on itch.io too.

I updated the Metanormal title animation.

I’m proud to announce that Metanormal’s demo is looking at a summer release on Steam. This video depicts beta gameplay footage of the combat in the game. Although most of the game takes inspiration from visual novels/RPGs, the combat follows a Bullet Hell model. The player attacks by standing on a circle for a few seconds. The enemy will try their best to keep the player off that circle.
