Both Sage and Smilk are very open about both liking TR a lot. I wouldn't call it a competition because Sage doesn't take Smilk as a serious rival for taking TR's attention from him sometimes, because Sage is confident on TR favoring him too, despite TR not being very open about it.
And TR is most of the time sick of Smilk's sticky and annoying ass--
Fount is easily on ✨friendly✨ terms with every farmer and they all like him too💞 but his heart usually skips a beat when he hearts Healer is visiting them again every couple of weeks. When he hears the truck's engine he is the first to come to greet him.
Azure doesn't consider Viri as a farmer but that doesn't make him any less hers, his passion and cheesy words spilling sugary sweet love wormed their way into her heart, but she is good at keeping herself nonchalant about it. If she had to pick a farmer, well she likes both TR and APV, but APV would be her to go answer. Warm smile, gentle hands, the best compliments (she likes to be fawned on) and the attitude of a gentleman.
And Shadow Milk well...He would tell you his favorite is TR for cough reasons and that he can't stand Apv's extremely corny ass, that he hates his plastered smile, so warm and bright, like nothing really bothers him anymore, he is boring!
But it's a bit split.
Apv knows him since he arrived to check the farm when he inherited it. He doesn't mask ten years of knowing each other as well as he thinks he does, and the other moos can tell. They are placing bets on how long it will take for him to realize he is not as unfazed as he says he is by Apv giving him attention.
And Newbie, who starts as Smilk's new favorite chew toy. Bothering him is so funny and he will squeeze every single drop of patience out of him until the boy grows a spine to turn the tables on him. But it's taking him more time than he expected,,, and well yeah he is kinda cute, but cute as in a pitiable mouse is cute, he won't elaborate further.

Something important I should mention, (and I will elaborate a bit more on another answer to anon) is that despite how carefree are the Moos in their 💞interesting poly relationship💞 and their shenanigans with the Nillas, animal hybrids with humans are a sort of complicated topic in universe.
If I had to pick anything from the famous comic Mr. A Farm (that I read a bit after a bunch of people told me my AU reminded them of it) it would be that here the hybrids also appeared out of nowhere one day years ago, but things have been sorted out differently here and they are of public knowledge. Some are integrated into society, others prefer to live in groups with the wild life.
Still, because of their non human features, how protected they are to avoid abuse and exploitation in jobs like working at farms and stuff sometimes, and some prejudice of society against human/hybrids relationships bc they think it's weird, almost all the Nillas (TR, Newbie, Viri and Healer) feel varying quantities of shame for fooling around with the Moo Smilks, and they don't want Apv to know about it bc damn they are under Apv's care, he is their friend/boss of years, he puts so much effort and money into taking care of them and giving them the best he can afford , he could get in trouble.
Bringing hybrids to live and work as livestock is not an easy nor a cheap process, and he is fully responsible for their well being.
What they don't know is that Apv already knows, he has known for a while and that he doesn't mind in the slightest, since it's all consensual.
If anything he is glad he is no longer the only one around doing that, because when he was handling the farm alone with Smilk, Fount and Sage? It was rough dude. Three vs one was taxing on his body, and with Azure he realized him and TR weren't enough anymore.

Apv and the Moos are in constant communication about their daily life, if they are being treated well (or in Smilk's case, treating the employees well 💢) because he is in charge of cooking for them and doing many other chores around them, he is happy his dears are happy, and takes the duty of having everyone (moos and nillas all the same) healthy, well fed and overall comfortable while being here 💞
Ah but he doesn't let them know he knows, he thinks it's adorable how they fumble around trying to make up excuses to fool him, so he plays along. Hopefully one day they won't feel so shy anymore. And he never gets even close to getting caught by any of them, so even if they think his dedication for his farm and his Moos is a bit over the top, they don't think anything else is happening. Silly guys 🎶
