Changing it up
So I gave up on keto for now. Sucks, because it seemed to be working, but the all or nothing mentality was rough for me.
I signed up for Eat the 80 this week, which is a prepared meal service that delivers 7 meals to me on Mondays. That and signing up for Belly Dancing classes, I'm hoping to see how far that'll get me.
