It's not my kind of everyday phenomena but, NOT a single minute of nap i took this whole day.
and yes, my everyday phenomenom is in fact, taking nap, anywhere, anytime.
After minutes of wondering, i just realized that this day met several conditions to support me in not taking nap:
lots of sleep hours deposit from the day before,
busy activity that require above avarege brain function,
topics and atmosphere of the office discussion/gossip or just regular chit chat with coworkers.
now that i'm back in my room, the fatigue and sleepiness suddenly rushing in, hit me to the point that i feel like my brain function decrease so much that affecting my mood and overall vibes of my body. Exhausted
This trait is not actually good, i realize, so i better find a way to overcome this, soon.
