Studying had always been a drag in high school but college made all that look like unicorns and rainbows. A math exam was coming up and you being shit at the subject, decided to ask for help. The first people who came to mind were your notoriously blue haired boyfriend and Todd, a human calculator. Though you tossed them out as a option out due to their busy schedule filled with catching ghosts and investigating cults.

All hope was lost until a classmate asked if you wanted to study with him. At least that’s what you think he was trying to say, all you heard was study. “You don’t have to,” he had quickly said. You were desperate and the two of you discussed when to meet up. When it was decided that you guys would study at your place the next day, you two parted ways.

Now you sit on your couch waiting for your study buddy to knock on the door. You had laid out snacks and paper, ready for the next frustrating hours. An unwilling groan left your lips as you thought about all the formulas and numbers. Wanting to be comforted, you take out your phone to text Sal. You had previously told him about your study plan but he was too tired to listen. And apparently too tired to answer a good morning text. You thought to yourself, beginning to pout.
