Overall, it wasn't my day!

This happened yesterday but I was too tired to login so I am posting this now. So, this lady comes in, she starts talking about something but I can't understand what she is talking about, she orders a latte and then carries on talking about whatever. Now I'm just standing there, listening to whatever she is trying to say, all I can understand is something coffee, something 2pm, so I just smile and nod. After she leaves, one of the managers N comes up to me and says "you've made a friend", No, I was just being polite.

This guy comes in and orders a medium Fish Fillet meal. I asked them if he would like anything else and he tries getting smart, saying no i just want what I ordered, if you wanna give me something for free, then Im not complaining. Geez, just say yes or no!!

Today I was finally taught how to do window 1, taking people's orders on drive thru, and the first order I took, I got confused and pressed the wrong things on the screen but a colleague S helped me, seeing as it was my first time. But after that, I got the hang of it and it went OK. Then it was time for me to go back on front counter.

So yesterday, I was helping out a colleague (S) on Window 1, when this lady came for 2 grill orders. Having made the order, she drove up to the window, where she decided to add a drink and another burger. I was putting it through, and S asked the lady next time to say her full order at the machine. The lady then got all high and mighty, swearing and drove off, stopping at the next window to complain to the manager. I believe S is right, because giving your order and then adding other things to it at the payment window means we have to modify your order and it takes up time. So next time make it easier for us and give your full order first.
