MCD all Over Again

I’m rewatching MCD and the more I watch the more I feel like Garroth’s Arc at the end of the first season just doesn’t fit with his character. I still have a ton of episodes to go so maybe his actions do make sense with his later characterization but right now the betrayal just feels so wrong. At this point I could probably write an essay about it

Does anyone else ever get upset over the fact that all of MCD’s characters get turned in to tragic characters at some point or another? I know we left MCD off on a bad note but I’m not really sure how you’re going to fix Laurence finally starting to loose his grip on humanity or change the fact that Kenmur’s dead.
