As my world changes all around me, now

I see the fire inside my bones and I,

I want to capture it, so that I may see

Where it is that this fire,

dying to escape from inside,

wants to take my soul. The

sky is painted with mountain

and it feels as though I

am trapped within what I see.

As my mind begins to catch fire,

I feel again the burning

desire to let it take the

leaving path and escape through the trees.

But I know that Montana is my home and

all that one may need, I

have right here, all around me. My hope

for people everywhere that

want to take this land from you

and I, is that they don’t take away the way I remember

My parents bought me The coziest Of all beds Which we travelled To the foreign land Of Canada To get. After strapping it To the top Of my Vehicle And crossing the border, I finally had The bed I always Wanted. I put it together Myself, An accomplishment Worthy Of a fairly long Nap.

Like the cocoon Of a caterpillar, my bed Envelops Me in its Majesty. The pillows Surround Me like an oversized Sweater.

Every night I Look forward To climbing Into my bed And letting it Caress Me To sleep.

The purple Duvet Wraps around me Tightly While snores echo Through The room. Whether for A nap Or a good Night’s sleep, I know My Bed Will never fail To do it’s Duty.

Before my eyes 

Things fall apart. 

 For one more day
