I grow disappointed when I see those I grew up with, those who were brothers in spirit— adhere to the most shameful, outdated takes. Speaking on communities and individuals that you have never encountered nor bothered to dwell with in your entire life. You sip your saccharine coffee from your Proverbs 31 mug, speak hollow pieties in the digital courts of your “platform”, while you kiss the ring of Men, of abusers, of the greedy. This community is having the most boring, useless, cyclical conversations. I cannot even call it faith. You supposedly worship the most high, and yet you have the audacity to decide who is sinful or not when you don’t even know the meaning of the word. 

You have turned a blind eye to every victim in your path. You have snuffed out the basic call to Love for Love’s sake. Every ‘act of love’ has a manipulative goal to sterilize and mold others in the pitiful idea you have of ‘god’s will’. Your perceived ‘Christ’ is disappointing, mannish, and insecure. 

But I see your zeal… when it’s time to control young girls and boys, when you brand yourselves as ‘real women, real men’ and then curse your daughters with a godless subservience, forcing them to accept a fallen, godless narrative of their humanity. Having communal tantrums in your gold-plated sandboxes, arguing if pastors should be removed for their corrupt, demonic acts; still arguing if women can exist in any capacity outside of subservient function. You are worshippers of pathetic men. You can’t handle discussing the real troubles of the world. There is no god in your cult but Man. We’re tired of your willful blindness. You can’t even form an opinion until some charismatic grifter gives it to you. You can’t make the choice to refuse the narratives set before you. You eat from a trough of swill, over and over again. 

When was the last time you simply shut up? You know nothing about World History, Judaism, Islam, nor even the history of your own country. You forget and refuse to be reminded. Yours is not the only story. The fact is: we know nothing. It is embarrassing to see y’all speak as ‘an authority’ and brand yourselves as such. 

Enough of your coy lusts for power— your disgusting displays of kissing up to the spiritual pimps you call pastors. Christian Nationalism is a disease. I cannot take selfish, overfed, bored little boys and girls seriously. You walked humbly into a congregation, was handed a silver spoon, and forgot what it is to suffer with the persecuted, the exiled. Why don’t you ever question the hollow ‘certainties’ these wicked men tell you to believe?
