Day 2 at the gym! Im starting to get some kind of plan together. The diet is something I'm still trying to figure out, but gym consistency is easy. I'm going to try and post a picture a day to show off any progress over time. So here's the deal guys... I'm overweight. This is not the first time either. Once upon a time I made a promise to myself that I would lose the weight, and guess What? I totally did! I lost all of 50 pounds and never felt better. Here I am again though, with that 50 lb and then some back and for the longest time I was just upset about it. And Im still upset, don't get me wrong. I never saw myself getting to this point again, but I think that now is the time to do something about it. My depression, my anxiety, my adhd and my love of bread and dessert aren't going anywhere, but I will do what I can to fight through all that and commit. There will be days where things just won't be perfect, I know. I'll probably go a week or so where I'm sure I've given up, but here's the promise I'm making to myself... I promise to push myself to . Get out of bed . Drink less alcohol and more water . Be mindful of the food I'm putting in my body . Make it to the gym at least a couple times a week (if I make it everyday, then oh my god keep doing that) . Love myself more, with our without the weight . Believe others when they say they love me. Here we go! I suppose you can consider this photo my "before photo". So let's push and maybe a few photos later, I'll have an amazing after photo. Progress right? Yeah. Let's focus on progress. Let's do this.
