I promised myself that I would lose weight, that I would exercise, but nothing happened. I would overeat, shame myself, overeat again, and then get turned on. I thought that everything is okay, until I recently had to run for 6-7 minutes and my shortness of breath lasted for 20 minutes. It was embarrassing, but so hot.
