Canadian artist David Burdeny is the first photographer to document the beautiful Russian underground train station network after hours.. Burdeny has travelled into the pristine bowels of Moscow and St Petersburg to capture the exotic and grandeur architecture in his photography series called  Russia: A Bright Future.

Each of the images in the series take center stage, they are symmetrical ornaments. The architecture of these stations are extravagant; it feature elements found in churches and palaces. The stations had been built in the 30s and remain a lasting monument to the elegant union of modern and classical design.

Typografische Schokolade by Christian Pannicke & Lisa-Marie Peters

Typographic Chocolate is a student project of the University of Applied Sciences Berlin - aim of the course was to create a product with typographic reference for the Museum of Letters Berlin. The Museum of Letters is devoted to preserving and documenting letterforms. Hundreds of signs have already been rescued from decay and the scarp heap. Typographic elements are selected independently of culture, region, language and script system. 

Lisa and Christian wanted to create a product that is directly related to the museum. It was important to create a keepsake that serves as a souvenir of Berlin and the museum and it should be saleable at a fairly low price and be reproducible – whether in small editions or series production. They designed their own chocolate mold, packaging and presentation in the museum shop. The product is aimed at design-oriented museum visitors, who appreciate handcraft products.

Elkebana

A wall trophy suitable even for vegans. This wall mounted vase is inspired by ikebana, the Japanese technique of arranging floral elements. It changes its look every time you want and adapts to your favorite season. The design is made by the italian designer Fabio Milito and the Paula Studio.
