Perhaps I've been watching too much CNN. But I'm starting to freak out a little bit. The week of hesitation The missed flight. The flight to NYC. The delayed flight. The second delayed flight. That feeling that you shouldn't be in a place. I'm not the army. I'm not even the first responder. But what I do know I am, I am the family protector. That is my role as the son. To look over the family and be the strength. Because for them, with all of us together, it makes us stronger. And that will make us survive this. At least that's the mentality I am keeping going into this storm.
