Language has created the word "loneliness" to express the pain of being alone. And it has created the word "solitude" to express the glory of being alone.

When everyone leaves it's loneliness you feel, when you leave everyone else it's solitude.

It's not about perfect. It's about effort. And when you implement that effort into your life.. every single day, that's where transformation happens. That's how change occurs. Keep going. Remember why you started.

You're not stuck. You're just committed to certain patterns of behaviour because they helped you in the past. Now those behaviours have become more harmful than helpful. The reason why you can't move forward is because you keep applying an old formula to a new level of your life. Change the formula to get a different result.

No one can judge. Each person knows the extent of their own suffering or the total absence of meaning in their lives.
