I know I’m not a FNAF poster but I mainly believe in the Male!Cassidy theory because I hate how often the “angry little girl” trope is used. Even in children’s movies, it’s so common for the villain or antagonist to just be an angry little girl and it really does feel sexist in a way. And besides, we already have Charlotte who is basically like how the FNAF fandom describes fanon Cassidy. And because I also think the movie’s Golden Freddy kid is neat so that might also be something.

By the way another big reason I disliked the comics was that the Chair Dib bit is just fat shaming Dib, and I feel people either brush that off or say "you're just oversensitive because Invader Zim has mean humor." I know that and I kind of repeat myself but this just felt straight up cruel and I don't get why it's weird to dislike or criticize that.

DEAR LORD I forgot about the fatshaming. Invader Zim always had a problem with that, I believe. Most of the dumber characters (because everyone is already stupid) would always be fat and I try to ignore it too. I felt super uncomfortable with the chair Dib design and thought I get that it would make sense because he has been rotting on that chair, it’s just gross. Invader Zim does have mean humor, for better or for worse I suppose.

As someone who also dislikes Zadr, I was wondering what you thought of the IZ comics overall, now that a new series from Boom Studios is coming. To be honest some were disappointing and even bad. I feel Dib got abused a lot more than even the show, and the first story was particularly mean. Maybe I'm biased because Dib's my favorite character but the Gargantis Array twist legit turned me off with how Dib is a complete loser punching bag.

Honestly, I’m not done with the comics yet. I’ve read the main series but I still gotta read the specials. I did feel bad for Dib 100% because it did feel like he was generally a nicer person in the comics and he was just getting hurt a lot more. I did enjoy the comics however and I am excited for the new series too.
