You can change your small sidebar (78x85px) as normal

To change the long sidebar: go to customise, and then appearence

Press Ctrl + F (on windows) or Command + F (on Mac)

 Search for “#sidebarimage”

  Where it says “background-image:url” change the url to whatever you want your image to be. 

To get an image URL you can upload it to tinypic.com and then copy and paste the URL to the HTML.
