Found a pic of one of the clubs that really influenced me growing up. As soon as my friends were old enough to drive we ventured down to Coventry to the Eclipse club. Its here i first saw a lot of the London djs like Grooverider , Mickey Finn , Carl Cox. Excited & scared to have my first big outing since my accident. Soon after my accident i was thinking id not be able to dj or make music. Its all ive been doing. The @basscoastfest crew right away started having meetings about how to make the festival more accessible for attendees and performers. Theres still lots of obstacles but were making it happen. I went on my first real adventure fri night to see Emotionz & friends at the Queens Nanaimo. Wheeled the longest in a while to downtown from near the ferry which was an adventure. Got to the venue and met up with dave and crew which was fun but also so fucked being in a Wheelchair and a whole new spin on this trippy life.
