🎯 We did it! Our very first Self-Mastery event on "Energy and Personal Development" has been a success! 🔥 What a Energy! I planned it for over a year, and seeing everyone inspired and energized made me feel truly grateful. 📈 3 hours, 2 flip-charts, one big room, and many professionals who challenged me to provide high value! 💡 We explored topics ranging from Human Behaviour to Vulnerability, from Risk to Opportunity, we included energy intervals such as Power Challenges and Cool downs, and to make the Experience truly special we included activities such as Visualizations, Breathings and Meditations! 🙏 It is impossible to describe my emotions with words. 🎯 "In one year from now, I will be invited as guest speaker to a company's team building" 📝 This was one of the goals written on my 2022 vision board. It seemed unattainable. Both exciting and scary. ✅ On Friday night, I sat down on my bed and took some time to process that this goal became a reality. 🤯 What made it even more incredible is that Salesforce is a Fortune 500 company! (Ranked 137) 🏃 Studying every day with belief, for a target that is not promised, seems like a mission impossible. 🏋️ But when it happens, it is so worth it! 🔥 What a session! The energy of Salesforce's Italian BDRs was through the roof! You could feel their ambition, hunger/curiosity for more knowledge, and burning desire to become better professionals. 🚀 Accelerating their growth with my knowledge was a privilege. People typically associate an office with hustling and being productive, and a holiday destination to relax and chill. What if there was another way? I am building my business, recording my podcast, writing multiple books, while changing 3 locations in the past 2 months. The fact that you need an office with no noise and air conditioning to be productive is a big limitation because you have to choose between working and being on holiday. The future is all about the integration between work and life. Living a high-quality life means being capable of producing high-quality results independently of the environment around you. Work is just one part of life. Would you prefer a life where you: - work 12 hours a day in the city and - party 12 hours a day on holidays OR are you willing to work hard to build a life where you: - sleep 8 hours - workout for 1 hour - work for 8 hours - spend 2 hours with your children - work on your side hustles for 1 hour - learn a new skill for 1 hour - cook and eat for 2 hours - meditate for 1 hour A more meaningful life is behind the corner, but you need to take that leap of faith and trust your capabilities.
