My name is Brad Smith, a Partner of the Smith Agency and a Managing Vice President of Symmetry Financial Group. When my brother, Matt, and I found this company in April, 2013, we had recently closed a business of 10 yearsâŚwith a few hundred thousand dollars of debt!
