Things that flap and look at you kinda funny

I looked at bug, bug looked at me. I think I was studying him, but then again, maybe he was studying me.

Day 2 of Africa fashion week. Lots of Models running around being shouted at.

Today and tomorrow I'm shooting African fashion, not in Africa, but Spittalfields market in east London, home of Jack the ripper and Charlie Chaplin.

I've been posted on Ibiza for a couple of weeks to see who arrives. This little island is a young British party island. Full of drunk kids, partying until they drop dead, or at least partying until the full english breakfast the next day. During the day, out of the main towns, there are no British. Its actually a nice place to visit, snorkel, and look at the fishes. I think the fishes must party too as they arent too many about.

Back to the day job

Most people didnt last long at Auschwitz if they didn't go straight to the gas chamber. A few months if they were lucky. You can see the lifespan of the girl written below the photo. To begin with, the Nazi's photographed the people as they arrived, but as more and more jews arrived, they stopped as they probably didn't have the time to photo everyone.

So many shoes, suitcases and other belongings.According to a Museum guide book, entitled "Auschwitz 1940 - 1945," which was first published in 1995, the Soviet Army found about 7,000 kilograms of human hair, packed in paper bags, when they liberated the camp. This was only a fraction of the hair cut from the heads of the Jews at Auschwitz; the rest of the hair had been sent to the Alex Zink company in Bavaria to be made into various products.
