Today is a rainy day and with a cup of iced tea in my hands I'm thinking about childhood memories. I’m a melancholy person, so I often find myself browsing through old family albums, and seeing the faces of all the people I have loved in my life makes me feel happy. I believe that letters and photos are the best way to make a person exist forever, to always feel them close to you.☕🕯️

Dreaming of a rainy day in the late 1800s, the streets teeming with puddles as deep as the darkest ocean, the sky as gray as the smoke that comes out of the chimneys of old houses. I would wear a shirt embroidered with delicate lace, a tweed coat, and a long black skirt. I would walk in streets brimming with life, shoes wet from the rain, hands overflowing with rolls of paper and old books on the Masters of the Renaissance. I would work in an antiquities museum, handle dusty ancient works, and spend hours sitting in my mahogany desk studying and cataloging old manuscripts.🗞️🕰️
