“Yes.” He orbits around Haruhi, scanning his outfit from top to bottom. “Yes it is.”

“Looking like a man who was just thrown into the streets and through a pile of rotting garbage isn’t the move,” Llywelyn scoffed, “But who am I to speak? It’s not like I care. I just think it’s hilarious you look like that.”

            they’re backing themself into a corner now. on one hand, they are not technically a witch. on the other hand, admitting that would be a grievous embarrassment. they pause, considering the other with narrowed gray eyes, and then let out a whuff of breath. “ having fun running this around in circles, are we?”

           “you need me to prove it or something? if you know so much about witches I think you’d know better than to question the validity of one, don’t you?”

“No,” he said, chuckling. “I have absolutely no need to see any proof, I’m simply just a meandering customer looking for ingredients for a potion.”

Unnecessary fighting wasn’t something he wanted to deal with, but messing with this supposed ‘witch’ was enjoyable to Llywelyn. He felt almost no doubt in his mind that this person wasn’t a witch, but, to be safe, he chose not to prod any further in case he had to deal with something dangerous.

Then again, he thought, messing with this person is fun.

privacy means a lot to him, but … all his fans really know about him is that he’s 20, and he sings. frankly, they aren’t even 100% sure if he’s actually male or not. he never says much about himself, just likes to post covers and pictures of his food. at least he’s not like shin either, who basically is nonexistent other than the songs he makes. people don’t know a single thing about shin, which shouta respects. it’s his decision after all.

“oh - well… i guess people get curious when they don’t know a lot about someone! something about me being really mysterious…” he laughs nervously, scratching his head. “but, uhm, i sing. and i guess people are really curious about me… my friend said there’s a lot of theories on what i do aside from posting online.”

“Sing, huh?” This caught his attention. “That would explain a lot, but I still have a lot of questions.”

He looked at Shouta and wondered what kind of singing he did. Based on the other’s appearance and the location, there was a chance that he was an up-and-coming idol, but he also conjectured that he could simply be just an indie singer on YouTube. Shouta’s fashion tastes, however, were much left to be desired, so he put his money on ‘indie singer on YouTube’.

Just a few levels beneath him, all hell was breaking loose. And a raccoon child had just hit the wall with a thud. “Ow..” She rubbed the back off her head and raised her left hand, making the ink to throw her bat back at her. “Eva, you ok?” Alison shouted, Henry and Tom both looked concerned. “Y-yeah! I’m good! Hold on a second.” Her ink powers came through yet again, forcing the horde of Searchers to remain in place. “That should make things a little easier.” 

This was part o the daily routine. Wake up, breakfast, patrol, fight for their lives against a wide variety of ink creatures that now haunt her nightmares. and searching for a way out of this hellhole and the time loops. Still, something felt kinda off today. Not in a bad way, but it was difficult to explain. ‘Something’s different..’

Unholstering his fans, Llywelyn prepared himself for whatever could be coming at him in any moment. He preemptively surrounded himself with a barrier of wind in case of anything coming at him from surprise, though he was unsure of his barrier’s strength versus whatever entities lurk within the studio. Loud noises could be heard beneath him, but he chose to shrug off the noises to keep himself calm.

   Frankly, Joel had no idea how he ended up here, the reaper hadn’t been outside Tokyo since he died a decade ago. But here he was, in what was clearly not Tokyo, or really Japan in general.

   Aimlessly wandering, Joel tried to get his bearings and maybe get some idea of where the hell he ended up. Noticing someone sitting atop the balcony of a nearby house, the young man figured whoever this was would be his best shot of figuring out where he was.

“hey! up there! would you mind telling me where the fuck i am?”

In the distance Llywelyn could hear someone’s voice. He turned to the direction of the voice and saw someone calling for his attention. Clicking his tongue, he cursed himself for even suggesting that someone should bother him, as he suddenly no longer wanted to deal with anyone anymore.

shouta is a nice boy, so he will respectfully edit out the parts of the other being rude to him … probably this whole conversation, actually. just because it’s not really relevant to the video. he tilts his head, scratching his cheek as he tries to decipher the sentence that was said to him. even if he’s pretty okay at english, stuff like double negatives really confuses him, so he needs a little bit of time to understand.

“f … oh! i moved here recently, aha. i am from busan, down south.” he explains, a small smile on his face. “my friends do not like crowded places very much. so i have not had the chance to come.” well, shin doesn’t. alcais doesn’t mind, and alicia is more interested in fashion … and june, well. yeah. okay. “but i thought it would be fun! my fans do not know much about my life, other than that i live in korea.”

Does privacy mean nothing to him?

Llywelyn squinted his eyes at the notion of the stranger’s fans (assuming he even had any) delving into his personal life. Even for the son of two internationally famed individuals and having social gurus for siblings and friends, Llywelyn kept his life very private in comparison to all of them. He was known for simply existing and that was it.

“Fans?” He put a hand on his waist and tilted his head. “Why would they need to know something as private as your life? In fact--” He raised an eyebrow questioningly.

useless? that just depresses her a bit. not even a bit, but a lot. nevertheless, she at least has a chance to show that she isn’t useless. just.. frazzled. because it does look like she at least did get the point across that she had nothing to do with the situation.

but she does give a nod. the least that she could do is help find his stuff. but she needs to actually speak. she can do this. she inhales, and parts her lips.

‘w..’ there’s a consonant. now maybe she actually form words. ‘w-w-where..’ anything else? …nope. that’s all she can say. where should they start? because she honestly has no clue. where would he even high llywelyn’s backpack? and why.

As Komi struggled to find words to respond with, Llywelyn already started heading forward. He didn’t think Komi would be any help, but he felt that her company could potentially keep him calm and not as malicious as he could be. He could feel his emotions bubbling up and his thoughts clouding his mind only to be interrupted and snapped out of his trance by Komi’s meek and quiet voice.

“Why do I need your help? You mortals don’t even know how to fix a wing.” He rolls his eyes. “Plus, I heal fast, so, do I really need your help?” His wings do seem fine, however, one of them was twisted. The nearest wing to Llewelyn seemed twisted than the other.

When the raven angel attempted to flap it, his eyebrows furrow and his face scrunched up in pain. But of course, he tried to hide it by looking away from the other. Keeping all eye contact away from him. Even if the angel could heal fast, the wing will take much longer to do so.

The angel tried to play it cool and seem higher than a “mere mortal”, but the roles that the angel really wanted to play were reversed. Llywelyn got up and stared down at Dark Pit condescendingly in response.

“You’re right,” he said, his fan re-holstered and continuing to look down at the angel amused, “You don’t need my help. I assume you know of everything in this area too, let alone where you are right now, correct?” He eyed the boy’s wings, which were still clearly injured and not healing.

yes, she had been nearby. jael, correct? not a classmate but someone she could… probably consider someone to talk to? but that doesn’t mean she was involved! did it look like she was conspiring with him? she had no intention for that, now what if everyone thought so too now?! 

she gives a very deep bow in apology. she really, really wasn’t involved. she doesn’t want him to think that she had helped in the moving of his stuff. after bowing, she straightens herself back up. but, it’s not as though she wouldn’t be willing to help him look for his stuff. 

just. how to convey that actually..

Llywelyn groaned. This wasn’t getting anywhere, and he desperately needed his stuff. He loved Jael, but they had only been dating for a few months at this point and couldn’t trust even his own family with his stuff, let alone his own boyfriend. His only answers at this point were this complete random classmate of his that he wasn’t even sure Jael even knew.

And her apologetic bow told him everything he needed to know.

“Stop being useless.” He shakes his head. “You really aren’t involved in this, but since you’re the only one willing to speak who has even an inkling of what’s going on, you’re going to help me find my stuff.” He rolls his eyes and turns around.

“You probably would do it anyways, Kid.” He growls at him. “You want a good reason? Fine, I am a waste of your damn time, that’s my reason.” The raven angel tried to get up, due to his leg, he fell straight back down with a groan. “Dammit.”

His wings twitched aggressively. “Of course, now I’m stuck here.” His eyes drifted back up at the human before looking away. No way in hell is he going to ask for help from him. So he just laid there. Acting like nothing is wrong with him.

He just stared at the young ‘angel’ in front of him. Though he wasn’t sure of how any aging processes worked for non-humans, he was certain this one wasn’t mentally old enough to even call him a kid. Citing him as a non-threat, he drew back his fan and watched as the ‘angel’ struggled.

shouta doesn’t have any very obvious flaws - he’s both cute and pretty reasonably dressed. it’s just enough that he looks good, but not enough to make him stand out too much. he’s turned the camera away from the other in respect, the lens facing the ground. he pushes up his glasses, head tilting a little. he scratches the back of his head, a shy little laugh escaping him.

“right, right … i hope you’re not hurt or anything.” 

he’s dealt with a lot of angry people, most specifically one of his best friends, shin, who’s not angry but … definitely has difficulties expressing himself and speaking, so he’s kind of used to abrasive people. he just wants to be as pleasant as possible, so people don’t think of him in a bad light.

“oh! yes, aha,” he smiles, cheeks a little pink. “it’s for my twitter… i’ve never been here before, so i thought i’d film it…” he has an accent, making it quite obvious that it’s not his first language, but it’s surprising how good he is at the language.

He raised an eyebrow. Based on the person’s accent, he would’ve assumed that he was local, especially since he clearly didn’t look like a tourist. However, as much as his accent had shone, his accuracy with English wasn’t something he expected either.

He mentally sighs at the thought of his angry reaction being uploaded to Twitter. Now that he was older and out and about, he carries his family’s reputation along with him thanks to his name and looks, so he had to keep a decent face up in public and not cause more trouble to his parents than he already has. But because his negativity is now a non-factor, he dialed his mind back a little and focused on the conversation at hand.
