Here’s the lineart and sketches for my current WIP. I decided I needed to do something a bit different lately, and mermaids are always fun to draw So anyway; meet my Portuguese Man-o-Warmaid.

Meet the being going by the name Balthazar ‘Black-Tar’ Cane.

They pass themselves of as a warlock patronised by a mysterious eldritch god, but unbeknownst to their companions, they are this mysterious god. The all terrible devourer of knowledge Yog-Kthumbr’avhar.

This ancient entity of chaos is curious about this world of dungeons and the heroes who risk their lives seeking glory and treasure, and so has disguised themselves as one of them. Now they travel the lands seeking entertainment and knowledge, as well as causing a little bit of chaos and insanity.

Here is the flat colouring development. Putting all the pieces together, fitting the figure and the background, adding some details etc. The next step will be the shading and light effects.

Here’s the latest project I've been working on lately. this is the basic background line art and sketches.

Here's some pets I've been working on lately. They are a big happy family; meet Chicken Nugget, Wiggles, Buddy Bud Bo, and Barf.

They all have backstories from before they became a happy family.

Chicken Nugget was found when he was just a 3 week old puppy inside a McDonalds nugget box.

Wiggles was rescued from her previous owner who was using her for dog fighting. She’s called  Wiggles because she has no tail so he shakes her whole backside when she’s happy.

Buddy Bud Bo was found in the basement of an abandoned house, his previous family left him behind when they moved house.
