Here is a little ritual you can do on New Year’s Eve to welcome in the new year in a positive and calm manner! It’s something I aim to do and is really good for setting the tone for a new year:

1. Take a relaxing bath; you can add candles and crystals to create a more calming atmosphere. This helps centre your mind and focus on your self for a while.

2. Meditation: got a specific goal in mind for the new year? This is a night to sit and carefully let your mind focus on this goal in a peaceful setting. You can also meditate to think of what you are thankful for and things you achieved this year!

3. Burn incense or sage to cleanse you and your space ready for a new beginning and a fresh start.

4. Clean or tidy your living space to remove clutter and any busy vibes that may be having a negative impact on your mood or aura!

5. Listen to upbeat, cheerful music that makes you feel happy and peaceful.
