A few years later, your next broadway show debuts, this time a love story inspired by you and your now husband, Tom.

You’re an actor, and it’s your first ever comic con. At your panel, your boyfriend Tom (that happened to be your co-star in the movie you’re talking about) surprises you onstage. He knows how nervous you were and wanted to come tell everyone how amazing you are, and how proud he is of you and everything you’ve accomplished.

Tom comes home from his latest project one day to he find you on the couch, iPad in hand and tears in your eyes. He hates to see what this side of career does to you. You and Tom are getting married in a few months, and it’s finally time for your best friends to start planning your bachelorette party, and Tom’s bachelor party. Knowing Tom’s friends can be a bit ‘adventurous,’ you ask him if he has any preferences for what they do at his party.

It’s opening night of Tom’s new production. Not only is he playing the lead role, but for the first time he also helped write and direct the play. Due to your work schedule, you weren’t sure if you’d be able to make it to tonight’s performance. Before the show, the directors and producers comes out to introduce the show and thank the audience for attending, and Tom eagerly looks around the theatre for you — his good luck charm. When he finally spots you, just getting situated and still in your work clothes, he can’t help but smile.

After months of begging him, Tom finally lets you drive his Jaguar around London. Not being from Europe, it’s the first time you’ve driven on the left side of the road, in his fancy car nonetheless. You actually do pretty good, but Tom can’t help but tease you by gesturing to every car you pass (gif).

It was one of those nights where neither yourself or your boyfriend, Tom, could fall asleep. Deciding it was worthless to keep trying, the two of you grab blankets and pillows and make a fort on the roof of Tom’s house in London. Cuddled together, watching the pre-dawn, 2am English sky, the two of you dive into a deep conversation about life, morality, and the origins of humanity.

Recently, your boyfriend Tom has been working nonstop. Choosing project after project, and being gone for months at a time. He finally has time off, and he surprises you at your apartment. You should be happy to see him, but instead you just break down crying.

“Tom, I understand you love your work, and I love that you’re so passionate! But I feel that you love your work more than you love me,” you say between sobs.

He immediately pulls you into a hug, and quickly reaffirms, “y/n, I do love you so much. I work so hard to make you proud of me. In most circles, acting is not a notable profession, and by doing so many projects, I hope to make myself worthy of you.”

Now realizing how the other truely feels, the two of you sit down for a heart to heart, working through the problem your relationship is facing, and falling more in love in the process.

Story time quickly becomes everyone’s favorite part of the night. You love watching Tom act in front of your kids, and he loves putting on a show in front of the people he loves the most.

Being from America, there are many small cultural differences you and your British boyfriend, Tom, have to overcome sometimes. This year he finally has no work in November, so you decide to bring him home to experience Thanksgiving. The whole plane ride back he asks you questions about the holiday and your family traditions. He worries about fitting in, but once he sees all the food, he is right at home.
