I love the different uses of colors in this post, and how the visible change in their dynamic together makes the change of their immediate environment feel like it was changing alongside them! I also noticed the detail of how the first two pics show them keeping an obvious distance, the third pic shows them physically close but not touching, and the final pic has shown them at a point of being comfortable with direct physical touch! Your art of these two always brought a smile to my face last year, and it was a pleasure to get to see what you have made for the two idiots as part of last month's occasion! Thank you so much for being a part of the BlitzBee Bonanza, and thank you as well for what you, your art, AND your vibe contribute to the BlitzBee community! Also, self-aggrandizing as it probably is, any time someone draws Blitzwing and ants I literally yell out loud "IS THAT A BLITZWING THE MYRMECOLOGIST REFERENCE?!?". (I am a simple creature)

Big Boy Blitzwing uses thick lines because he's a hefty fella while Bumblebee uses colored pencils because he's not legally allowed to use markers anymore. I always get a kick out of interpretations of Bumblebee being a bit of an artistic personality alongside some of the other bots around him! Sure, he'll poo-poo anything he deems boring, but we know in canon that he is both supportive of and willing to directly assist in Bulkhead's artistic endeavors! I love the idea of Bee enjoying Blitz's artistic streak as much as anyone, but interpretations of him where he also takes part in it is just the ice cream on top! And I similarly agree that you can't expect the finest visual detailing from a creature being given art supplies that would equate to those videos of doctors having to practice surgery on a grape! It's been a blast getting to see the fun you have with these two, and talking about what they mean to you! Your efforts to prioritize fun in your drawing has been a big push for me to always prioritize fun as my own motivator! You provide a casual but self-determinate levity to BlitzBee art, and I have great respect for that, Robo! Thank you immensely for taking part in last month's BlitzBee Bonanza!

There's something about your style in this piece that just feels so 2000s cartoon nostalgic, and it's so comforting for it! I adore how each face gets a moment to shine, and I have great admiration for how you effectively said "f*ck it" to any constraints of a canon size difference; you drew it how you wanted to, and it's better for it! The slight gradient effect on Icy's face - and the choice to make him a true blue - is a BRILLIANT visual touch that makes him FEEL visually cold! Random's gentle touches, how Bumblebee squints his eyes in contentment, and Hothead's little "i'm angy" fists? BRAVO to it all! Yours is a wonderful piece, Mabzerie, and your want to join the Bonanza because it sounded fun to you is genuinely a part of what makes doing silly events like that all the worth while! I hope, whatever you make in the future, that you are similarly always excited to create, and please know that that excitement TO create is far more contagious than most people could ever give it the credit to be!

How is it that your dynamic of them being seeming assholes to each other for the sake of their individual entertainment is also what has long made your depiction of them as a ship so endearing??? You consistently present them as mutualistic dickheads and I love it and am as happy for them as they are for each other! Whether you apply this to the BlitzBee art you made in the past or to all art you have made as a whole, I am going to thank you, VHS, for a quality of character you demonstrated as a BlitzBee artist: Your art embraced the idea of not taking them or anything all that seriously, and to just make what makes you personally happy. Sometimes, we need to allow our creations to be the same kind of dumb fun as is the dumb fun that defines our favorite characters! Thank you for being a part of the BlitzBee Bonanza, VHS, and although you hadn't previously made art of them for a while, NEVER doubt the impact you had on the ship!
