Hey everybody! I know I’ve been MIA all summer but that’s because I’ve been sitting on a secret. After I made my last post about expecting my monthly and how disappointed I was going to be when I got it, my second line turned pink! I found out Easter Sunday and told my husband the next day that we are expecting our first baby boy! And, as of yesterday, we are officially in the double digits!

Pregnancy is a wild ride guys. My clothes officially don’t fit anymore and now that I’m back at work I have an even smaller selection of things to choose from. I guess I’ll be shopping this Labor Day weekend!

We’re officially trying!

I’m done being scared. I’m done waiting for the right time financially or professionally. If this last year has taught me anything, it’s that plans can end in an instant to no fault of your own, and no matter how hard you try and how persistent you are, sometimes you just can’t put the pieces back together the way they fell apart.
