Pregnancy is a wild ride guys. My clothes officially don’t fit anymore and now that I’m back at work I have an even smaller selection of things to choose from. I guess I’ll be shopping this Labor Day weekend!

I’m only 2 dpo, and I want to take a test so badly, but I know absolutely nothing is going to show up this early anyways and it will just be a waste of money. I’m ready for this new chapter in our lives. I’m ready to feel like I have a purpose again. I’m ready.

Big changes coming our way! I ran to target on my lunch break to pick this up. I think that trip was both the shortest and cheapest trip to target ever! Now that I’m working again, not the same salary as before, but enough that we’re comfortable, I think it’s about time I started tracking my cycles a little closer! I’ve been super irregular since stopping the pill almost a year ago so I’m curious to see if I’m regularly ovulating, or even ovulating at all. Don’t tell my airman though. I want to surprise him 😊. And please don’t send me messages about trapping him or that I should talk to him. We have talked. Extensively. A pregnancy announcement would make him the happiest man in the world.

And being home all day with nothing to do doesn’t help. All it does is put me in this bad mood that takes days to dig out of. I hate this. My airman waited so patiently for nearly 2 years for me to be ready for a baby too. Now that I am I feel like it’s a bad time since we are on one income. I hate this. I hate that I feel so out of control of my life. I hate that I feel like it’s on hold. I hate that I can’t find a job anywhere around here because I’m either too qualified or not qualified in the right things. I just hate everything right now. And I hate that I feel this way. I don’t know how to make it better.
