I had just finished three cat portraits commission, all done in watercolor on an 10 x 8 inch artboard. Cats are such a delight to paint. Below are Tilly and Winston. They were commissioned by the same client who actually wanted three cats but unfortunately didn’t have a good photo of the last cat who had passed. I have encountered this many times where clients wants a portrait done of the cat…
